I received both a good and bad news
this morning when I came to work.
1 with good news came to me and told me that
she's pregnant for 1 month plus !
Congratulations :)
Why am I so happy?
Oh yessss I am happy for her can.
Cos they're married for like 5 years already,
it's time to have a baby :D
Well I used to be quite close with her
as she's one of the youngest in this office :)
Another one with bad news.........
Came to me and told me THAT,
she'll be quitting by this end of November.
Anyway she cried when she gave me her resignation letter.
I was shock when I received this damn thing.
Honestly, I never want to approve this.
I remembered before my brother left this company,
he told me that out of 15 workers,
there are 2 played a very important role.
1 of them is the head of Shipping,
and another one is the head of Customer service (CS).
Especially the CS...
She handled almost everything in this company,
except management.
Without her, we gonna suck big time.
She's the one of the vein in this company,
difficult to find someone replacing her
as it's damn hard to get a thai who can speak very good english,
and whom can multi task like her.
Even before we can approve her off day or sick leave,
we must spend time to arrange her work to another CS properly.
So look, how important this person are to the company.
It's such a shame.............. ='/
We call her Miss Orn...
Yeah, she's so steady la that's why.... lol
When I first started working here,
I already heard how talented this person is.
There are a few big company
who wanted to hire her with very high pay,
but she rejected.
She was working in a big company
before she joined us.
So my brother asked her why not she work in a big company,
she said she prefer team work, than high salary.
I envious her career minded.
But for the reasons why she decided to leave this time..
I guess it's due to my dad.
he gave no secure to the worker here that's why.
Don't wish to talk about this further more.............. =/
